The cottage is located 500 m from the B & B fam Tramontin, at the foot of the mountain “Col Ranu” (1419 above sea level), accessible with the car through 300 m of gravel road.
The holiday house is isolated from the rest of the small town of Soverzene, it consists of a ground floor with kitchen, living room and bathroom and a first floor to use as attic-roomattic.
At the entrance there is a large covered pergola with a barbecue, where you can eat outside.
The place is favored by lovers of nature, walking, both for experts and for the simple family walks.
